  About the Team

  Our team's mission is to facilitate high-quality releases by emphasizing Functional, Regression, and automating repetitive tasks, along with performance testing dimensions such as Load, scale, longevity, and resiliency. Key stakeholders include Service Cloud, Support Operations, Customer Support, release managers, and program managers. Rubrik Test Engineer-1: Self-driven and self-managing individuals with a focus on responsibility, not just tasks. We aim to motivate and challenge our team to achieve their best work. In the IT-Enterprise Applications, Test Engineering specializes in QA and QE, enabling IT support for Rubrik Products Releases.

  Responsibilities

  Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, and deliverables, set and manage expectations

  Requirement Analysis, Test Effort estimation, Test Design, Test execution, Defect Management and Test reporting

  Provide a practical approach to complex testing, specifically in the areas of the automation of test cases for the purposes of regression testing.

  Familiar with source code, version management, and code deployment standards. Ensure that QA processes and procedures for test environments are followed and that the integrity of the various environments are not compromised.

  Ensure adherence to standardized QA policies, processes, and documentation standards.

  Help define test cases. Test case reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed

  Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support business implementations

  Working remotely, while collaborating with global teams for delivery across geographies. We may need you to be flexible with your work hours

  Interact, communicate, and follow through with development & customer teams throughout the testing phase

  Ability to adapt to customer processes and integrate them into day-to-day work as needed without compromising best practices and quality

  Assist in internal defect triage calls

  Assist customer with UAT testing as needed

  Assist with UAT defect triage calls

  Requirements

  Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a QA capacity

  Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce (Service and Sales) cloud platform

  They should have Experience in Salesforce Lightning (LWC)

  Strong understanding of SQA methodologies.

  Understanding test automation framework design models and best practices is a must.

  Ability to do the automation scripting by using Selenium tool and Java (Language)

  Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and working experience in an Agile environment is a must.

  Hands-on experience in Automation Framework development

  Experienced in Automation testing using Selenium Web Driver, JAVA (Must), TestNG

  Experienced in daily build deployment process using Continuous integration(CI-CD)

  Involved in Designing and implementing Restful API automation testing (Optional)

  Strong Knowledge of OOPS (Object Oriented Programming System) concepts

  Designed and executed SQL queries to validate UI and database details

  Good Knowledge of JSON, Log4J, Oracle SQL, Cucumber

  Strong troubleshooting and Debugging skills

  A very good team player but can also work independently with minimum or no supervision.

  They Should have the basic knowledge of AWS & Azure then it's an added advantage

  Great attention to detail and ability to identify, isolate, and document defects

  Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and working experience in an Agile environment is a must.

  SCRUM & Salesforce certification(s) a big plus

  Ability to adapt to short sprint cycles (2 weeks)

  Experience in the full software lifecycles from design to deployment

  Excellent communication skills are required and the ability to work independently
