PositionOverview The Senior Bioinformatics Engineer position contributes to thedevelopment and support of both on-market products and new productdevelopment. This position will participate independently as well ashave opportunities to lead project teams in designing, delivering, andsupporting technology platforms at Exact.This position is self-driven,working in collaboration with others on one or more projects which arecomplex in scope. Working in a team setting, this role will contributeto the design and implementation of new software solutions to processand interpret Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) and other types of assaydata for the purpose of cancer diagnostics. This is a high-impact rolethat will be involved in producing software to orchestrate and executeanalysis workflows as well as building new bioinformatics and analyticaltools that operate directly on scientific data. Leveraging the latestdata platforms and technologies this role will build cloud-basedsolutions ready for a production environment and will work to provideboth strategic and operational excellence while helping to develop theoverall technology strategy.
