Follow Us on LinkedIn: We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager for the state of Oklahoma and significant portions of Arkansas and Missouri. This position is in our Industrial Air Filtration division and reports to the Regional Sales Director. The selected candidate will focus on selling capital equipment for industrial air pollution control. We offer an extremely competitive compensation package, including guaranteed income during the first year of employment and a no-ceiling commission plan. This position includes a company car, computer, cellular phone, travel expense account, 401K, and complete benefits package. Ideal candidates must reside within the territory (OK, AR, MO) and be comfortable with travel within the region. Role Responsibilities: Grow sales of industrial air pollution control capital equipment (and related items -see our website for details). Travel within assigned territory to meet customers and uncover new business opportunities. Sell to end-users and channel partners such as dealers, distributors, OEMs, resellers, MROs, and contractors. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Work with engineering firms to develop specifications for new capital projects. Develop and implement strategic plans to meet growth targets. Gather voice of customer feedback and share internally for continuous improvement initiatives. Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities.
