　　Job Title: Payroll Specialist

　　Job Overview:

　　As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the accurate and timely processing of payroll cycles. You will be responsible for data aggregation, entry, processing, and reporting to ensure payroll deadlines are met. Additionally, your role involves investigating and resolving inquiries, reconciling payroll, and supporting the Finance team in internal control and audit documentation.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Aggregate, enter, process, and report data to meet payroll cycle deadlines.

　　Investigate and resolve inquiries, determining causes of potential discrepancies.

　　Balance and reconcile payroll to confirm accuracy.

　　Support the Finance team in gathering and providing documentation for internal control and audit purposes.

　　Facilitate payroll deductions, including health insurance, retirement contributions, and garnishments.

　　Coordinate payroll deduction remittances through collaboration with the accounting operations of the Finance team.

　　Provide ad hoc training to employees to enhance their knowledge of payroll principles and practices, as well as their understanding of ADP.

　　Support employee understanding of their payroll results by reviewing, researching, and answering questions.

　　Run, create, modify, and use ADP reporting and operations to execute and understand payroll results, including ADP Workforce Now and ADP Enhanced Time.

　　Support accurate completion of employee time entry by reviewing, researching, and assisting supervisors and managers with system input, such as time-off, and related questions.

　　Maintain the setup, modification, and maintenance of ADP Workforce Now and Enhanced Time, including work rules, pay rules, quick navigation filters, and hyper-find queries.

　　Maintain an understanding of production department operational dynamics to assist with accurate recording of time movements.

　　Process accurate and timely year-end reporting.

　　Develop ad hoc financial and operational reporting as requested by the Payroll Manager or other Finance management.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.

　　Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role.

　　In-depth knowledge of payroll principles, practices, and ADP systems.

　　Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Familiarity with internal control and audit processes.

　　Ability to provide training and support to employees on payroll matters.
