Meet the team: The Eau Claire, WI Territory BusinessManager represents Dexcom, calling on physicians, hospitals, clinics,pharmacies, and other institutions focusing on diabetes care andproviding technical expertise to customers regarding Dexcom\'s productsto support continued and expanded use. Where you come in: * Influenceand support high and low-prescribing CGM physicians, diabetes educationnurses, other health care professionals, office/hospital administrativestaff, and durable medical equipment providers to prescribe Dexcomproducts to their patients. * Train healthcare professionals to useDexcom products and integrate them into practice. * Represent Dexcom atlocal, regional, and national trade shows and diabetes exhibits topromote Dexcom products to a broad diabetes community * Provideeducation on Dexcom products to pharmacies within the assignedterritory. * Partner with market access, trade, government affairs,district and territory sales teams, and other departments to facilitateterritory sales growth. * You will increase Dexcom\'s market share andmeet/exceed district/territory sales targets and KPIs in line withcompany expectations. * Implement Dexcom strategy and monitor progresstowards sales goal achievement using Dexcom analytical tools. *Responsible and accountable for meeting territory sales goals asassigned * Complete all administrative requirements in a timely fashionas directed by management. What makes you successful: * Work requiressignificant teamwork and collaboration with district and territory salesteams to achieve sales targets and KPIs. * Requires the possession of avalid state driver\'s license, automobile insurance, and satisfactorydriving record as determined by company policy * Requires willingnessto work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evening work. *Previous medical and pharma sales experience with a high sales successtrack record preferred. * Previous sales experience that is non-medicaland pharma will be considered. * Diabetes disease state knowledge is aplus.
