　　Hours: Full Time (40 Hours Weekly) Variable Shift

　　The Nursing Supervisor provides overall leadership and direction to the clinical staff at the Chiniak Bay Elder House.

　　Required qualifications:

　　Bachelor's Degree Nursing or advanced Nursing Degree.

　　Hires as of January 2018 with less than 20 years of nursing experience: Required within three years.

　　All others: Not required.

　　Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License

　　Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

　　3 years Clinic and/or community nursing work experience that includes one year of geriatric nursing.

　　Nursing leadership experience.

　　Preferred qualifications:

　　Supervisory experience.

　　Experience managing a budget.
