Assist the Sales team in delivering the firm's resources to Institutional Equity clients including equity research, corporate access, trading capabilities, and equity capital markets. Help Sales leverage the Equity platform to develop and grow client relationships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
Develop an understanding of sales and clients’ needs and requirements, and help sales organize/coordinate the firm’s resources to service clients.
Assist salespeople in delivering the firm’s Research product to clients on a daily basis.
Help sales coordinate Corporate Access meetings with clients and company management teams.
Work closely with sales to market Equity Capital Markets transactions including sending fliers and prospectuses to clients and keeping sales and clients updated on demand, price sensitivity and IOIs.
Learn about high touch and low touch trading capabilities.
Help host in-person client meetings when salespeople are unable to attend.
Track and submit Truist client interactions to third party vendors.
Submit travel & entertainment expenses for sales.
Enter client contact information into the CRM system and help build and maintain client distribution lists.
Required Qualifications:

BA/BS degree
Series 7 & 63 FINRA licenses
1-2 years of related work experience
Strong organizational skills

Finance background and/or basic industry knowledge.
