　　The role

　　In this role, you are required to float to various branch locationsbetween Bryant, Benton, and Hot Springs. Your home branch will be ourBryant Branch. Mileage reimbursement included.

　　As a Teller - Float, you serve as an advocate and financial expertdedicated to helping members achieve their financial goals. Using aproven methodology that allows you to engage in meaningful conversationswith the members to better understand their financial needs is yourprimary role. By having conversations, you will be able to serve memberswith the right products at the right time to help the member achievefinancial success.

　　Build positive relationships and earn member trust to retain long-termconnections

　　Efficiently manage teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawalsand payments

　　Responsible for understanding Arkansas Federal products and services inorder to enhance member experience
