　　Direct and assist customers with bank products and process transactions in support of First Western Bank and Trusts sales and service objectives while adhering to the banks culture of excellence in customer service to its patrons.

　　Teller Essential Job Functions

　　Greet visitors and customers in a courteous manner and welcoming smileEstablish solid customer relationships through identifying needs, providing creative and best solutions for customers, and using cross-sell and referral opportunitiesPerform daily teller functions including, but not limited to: receiving deposits and loan payments; cashing checks; issuing savings withdrawals; recording night and mail deposits; issuing cashiers checks and money orders; counting, packaging and verifying currency and coins maintained in drawer and sold to vaults; reconciling loan coupons and other transactions; maintaining recommended cash limits in drawer and vaults; performing teller opening and closing procedures to ensure teller stations and bank access areas are readied for each business day; accurately balance cash drawer at the end of each business dayUphold confidentiality of customer and proprietary informationMaintain security of cash and valuablesTeller Qualifications
