Description

A Non-profit in Bethesda is seeking a Payroll Accountant.

· Process bi-weekly payroll

· Prepare bi-weekly journal entries for payroll

· Responsible for maintenance of all time keeping systems and codes

· Review all tax filings processed by ADP.

· Prepare all account reconciliations related to payroll.

· Process all year-end activity and verifies accuracy of W-2's prepared by ADP

Requirements

5+ years payroll experience with mid to large organizations and ADP proficiency is required.
