Summary:As the Sales Representative / Telemarketing Professional you will be calling to uncover opportunities for our clients products and services. Duties could include prequalifying leads, scheduling sales appointments, inviting prospects to attend events and other business development tasks. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, professional, outgoing, and articulate to join our sales team and make sales a career with us!
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Business to business phone calls.90 outbound calls per day.Competitions with compensation plans based on participation of phone calls.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in phones sales is a definite plus, however enthusiastic excellent communicators are strongly encouraged to apply.SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.Must be able to communicate effectively and be able to adapt in a fast-paced sales environment.Be amicable and professional.Sales experience in telecommunications, software and/or data networking arenas is a plus, however, we are willing to train individuals who demonstrate a strong phone presence and desire to grow with the organization.Be thorough and dependable.Handle multiple tasks.Environmental Conditions:The workenvironment is fast paced and fast moving.Most ofthe time would be spent sitting at a desk in an office setting with moderate temperatures throughout the year.
Physical Capabilities:Frequently required to sit for long periods of time making outbound sales calls.
