Description:

　　CHS is looking for a candidate that will work closely with the Global Infrastructure Product Owner gathering use cases and business requirements to deliver to the Enterprise Voice Engineers. Additionally, knowledge of working with DevOps and in an Agile environment are greatly desired. The role is a combination of the following: Telecom Analyst: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of an enterprise voice system including but not limited to procedures, configurations, etc. Telecom Business Analyst: Deep understanding of telecom processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Telecom End-User Trainer: Responsible for designing and delivering training focused on telecommunication technology, systems, and processes.
