The Technology Partners GTM Senior Manager - AMS will develop and support the GTM plans and activities across our technology partner ecosystem. Top priority for this position will be to directly support select global Integration Partners with GTM creation, enablement, pipeline creation, partner relationship building and high level stakeholder management on both sides.
The individual should have a track record of demonstrated cross functional collaboration in a high-profile software/services organization that required securing consensus on key initiatives & priorities against targeted outcomes.
At a business level, you will be working with the technology partners to build and execute our joint business plans. Additionally, you will also be working with ServiceNow stakeholders to create and execute against our most pressing GTM industries and business imperatives. You will also develop and deliver GTM initiatives, tools, and services to benefit NOW and the tech partner ecosystem while providing continual oversight of initiatives to improve adoption and market penetration.
Primary Focus:
Partner with the Corporate Development team to drive GTM results for a select set of technology partners. As part of this motion, it will be important to support the build of repeatable GTM processes that scale.
Partner with cross functional teams, Business Units, Product Marketing, Solution Sales, Partner Design Studio and Partner Enablement, to support the GTM for sales plays built with the technology partners.
Understand ServiceNow’s requirements to deliver against expectations of our technology partners and their partner program requirements.
Provide thought leadership into the GTM processes for your key partners, whilst leveraging the already created Incubate GTM foundation & GTM activities that will be delivered by the rest of the Tech Partner GTM Desk team
Drive alignment with field/regional marketing to drive demand gen around the agreed GTM sales plays for the technology partners.
Provide support to the wider Tech Partner GTM Desk leader and team, with your expertise and guidance of managing partners
Other responsibilities:
Drive innovation and continual improvement of GTM activities
Own KPIs and dashboards to measure the incubation process success and improvement
Lead other projects ranging from operational policy improvements, process optimization, and reporting systems integrations strengthening
Act as an advisor to business stakeholders regarding GTM operations to help cultivate and entice the ecosystem to continually improve
Work with ServiceNow Alliances and Channels team members to execute plans in targeted markets
Ensure effective and timely internal & external communication and coordination
Work with regions to align with field sales, presales, enablement & services governance to ensure regional leadership input and feedback for ongoing refinement for the Emerging partners
Key Success Metrics:
Drive successful GTM incubation for key partners to drive growth in our shared business
Create and track pipeline coming from the emerging partners
Exceed Pipeline and NNACV target(s) for key partners
Process improvements – provide partner scale leveraging guided GTM processes
To be successful in this role you have:
5+ years of experience in GTM strategy, planning and executions at a high growth technology-related environment
Experience working with System Integrators, Managed Service Providers, ISV software vendors and experience with Cloud & SaaS Professional Service organizations required
Proven history of driving multiple complex projects at the same time to on-time completion in a fast-moving environment
Extensive business development experience with a thorough understanding of regional market requirements
Critical thinker who drives business objectives and offers valuable and constructive feedback to improve processes
Relentless curiosity, passion, and teamwork ethos.
Clear, concise communication skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team, and bring a willingness to learn through design thinking and execution
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to articulate and explain your design decisions
Expected to demonstrate a high level of initiative, good sense of humor, and a “make it work” ethos
