About Revenue Retention & Expansion Divisional Process Owner (DPO)

Job Description

The Revenue Retention Expansion Divisional Process Owner is responsible for understanding NAA's Renewal and Expansion business needs as conveyed by the NAA executive leadership.

They represent NAA divisional expectations to influence the definition of the global Revenue Retention Expansion standard process.

The DPO is empowered to make decisions on behalf of our division related to Sales Engagement process design and deployment.

DPOs are expected to communicate and disseminate information from the interlock meetings back to NAA Operations and divisional leadership.

The Revenue Retention Expansion Divisional Process Owner is accountable for defining and delivering the divisional success plan (driving the usage and adoption of the global standard process within the division.

Responsibilities

Skills:

· Strong communication skills, particularly with Planning Operations and Sales management

· Excellent listening skills

· Proven training and facilitation skills

· Project management skills with an eye for detail, completeness of response, managing network of other supporting functions etc.

· Ability to think creatively and design solutions as needed to address Sales needs and timing.

Role Scope and Responsibilities:

· Oracle Renewal and Expansion process Subject Matter Expert (SME).

· Provide suggestions to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization's financial and tactical business objectives.

· Simplify Renewal process.

· Expansion Projection Indicator to identify high probability Accounts.

· Push for Next Best Product recommendation logic.

· Develop Early Risk Warning and Remediation actions.

· Ability to capture and document decisions and use collaboration tools provided.

· Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals.

· Strong network relationship with all supporting functions.

· Work with the planning process team to explain business challenges problems and develop articulated business needs.

· Work with planning process team to prioritize and design solutions to existing and anticipated future challenges.

· Ensure that the voice of sales, ‘the user’ is promoted and maintained throughout the entire process and system design framework.

· Iterative collaboration w/ Revenue Enablement Services to set enablement expectations and pre-release review of content.

· Develop, communicate, and train the organization on business practices and processes.

· Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance.

· Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.

· Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with Oracle Sales and Sales Planning tools

· Experience with Oracle Renewal process - SME

· Bachelor’s degree preferred.

· Experience with Analytics tools and reporting

· Excellent communication skills

· Process improvement/Process design experience highly preferred

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $75,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
