　　The Technology & Cybersecurity Development Program is a highly structured two-year rotation program within functional areas of the Technology and Cybersecurity organizations. It is designed for graduates starting their career in Technology and Cybersecurity. This program provides experience to the next generation of technical leaders through working on active projects and journeys, directly impacting and influencing project outcomes, identifying, and recommending enhancements to existing processes and procedures, and exposure to both innovative technologies as well as the impact of technology and cybersecurity on internal business units and the external client base.Program DescriptionOur program consists of three eight-month rotations through departments within Technology and Cybersecurity to provide rotation program participants with the foundation to progress into roles of increasing complexity and responsibility throughout our organizations. During each rotation, colleagues will have the opportunity to explore new and innovative technology through interaction with leaders, peers, and training. 　　Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited university in: Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, I/O Engineering, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, Information Management, and Cybersecurity3.0 (GPA) overall grade point average1 year of experience leading or participating in group projectsThis position is not eligible for sponsorship.
