Looking for a new Second Shift Technician role?

　　Actalent's client is currently hiring for a Technician to support laboratory functions for production and/or development teams. In this role you will be responsible for set-up and calibration of test equipment, installation of product in test room, execution of test procedures, data recording and reporting, and laboratory supply management.

　　2nd Shift (2pm- 10pm)

　　Responsibilities:

　　We seek innovative, data-driven, results-oriented technicians to contribute to our continued legacy of innovation.

　　Set up and instrumentation of split systems in psychrometric and/or sound & vibration rooms

　　Modify and fabricate test units and test setups as directed by responsible engineers or technicians

　　Aide in managing various inventories

　　Fill in for experienced project and/or sound & vibration technicians as needed to execute test plans

　　Adopt new procedures, techniques, tools, and equipment to meet complex testing requirements

　　Experience Required:

　　Working knowledge with troubleshooting electromechanical systems

　　Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel

　　Familiarity with data systems, databases, and specialized lab testing software

　　Knowledge of basic laboratory equipment and instrumentation

　　Electrical Aptitude- read wire diagrams, schematics, and use of a Volt/Ohms meter

　　Mechanical Aptitude

　　Ability to work in a team environment
