The average employee has been here over 12 years.We are looking for new talent with new ideas as we continue to provide quality, service and innovation to the printing and packaging markets.Job DescriptionWe are seeking anInplant Manager to work at our customer's site.This person will serve as a liaison between INX and the customer and will be responsible for many functions, including maintaining INX's on-site ink room andmaking ink.As an Inplant Manager, you will be responsible for:Performing technical service, color matching,ink production and dispensing inkManufacturing batches of ink under 100 lbsPerforming Quality Control tests on incoming and site-manufactured batchesInventory management and monthly consignment countsMaintaining customer satisfaction by superior serviceMaintaining sound relations with customersEnsuringthat the INX representative understands any technical problems encountered by customer, resolvingthem immediately and documentingappropriatelyDirecting, coordinating, and planningthe activities of INX Inplant TechniciansCommunicatingand training all INX Inplant Techs on operational procedures, assuring they are understood and implemented when applicableProvidingcontinued operational support and conducting inplant quality auditsQualificationsTo perform your job as expected, you will be required to:Have a high school diploma or GED equivalentDemonstrate excellent verbal,written,readingcomprehension and mathskillsDemonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs and other computer skillsHave 2 to 5 years in the ink industry, plus1 to 3 years supervisory experiencePerformtechnical serviceBe able to match colors effectively and pass a color vision testManufacturebatches of ink under 100 lbsPerform Quality Control on incoming and on-sitemanufactured ink batchesBe responsible for inventory management, record-keeping and housekeepingIn addition to these qualifications, we will consider it a plus if you have:College degreePrevious lab, inplant or warehouse experienceCustomer service skillsSAP knowledgeAdditional InformationWe offer a competitive salary with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, pet insurance, HSA and FSA, long-term care, 401(k), and more.
