  We have an exciting opportunity open for a Technical TrainingAdministrator based in Maumelle, AR.

  POSITION SUMMARY:

  This role will serve in an administrative capacity to support theTechnical Training Department across all Operating Companies.

  PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  Manage the logistics of training efforts at our Maumelle TrainingFacility including but not limited too ordering supplies, orderingmeals, scheduling conference rooms, and maintaining TrainingCalendarsAssist with record entry and tracking.Oversee the facility needs for the Training Facility in Maumelle(coordinating guest appointments when visiting the building and maildelivery)Track departmental budgets and spending.Assist with Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders on behalf ofthe technical training department.Assist with department special projects and documenting meetingminutes as needed.EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

  High School Diploma or EquivalentExperience in an office setting preferred.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

  High attention to detail and strong organizational skillsSelf-starterDemonstrates effective communication with all levels of managementincluding executives.Must possess the ability to influence others without direct positionpower to earn credibility and trust.Business partner mentality with ability to support the technicaltraining department and operations as needed.Strong ability to take initiative and manage multiple projectssuccessfully while maintaining an even-keel approach and commitmentto deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint as well as SmartSheetsSummit offers competitive pay and medical/dental/vision and otherbenefits that provide flexibility, choice and support to our employeeswhen they need it most.
