Opportunity
Kohler Co. is looking for an individual with exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation and analytics in a fast-paced environment. The Marketing Analyst will assist product category leaders with execution of marketing deliverables for new product development projects and category strategy initiatives. You will be joining a strong global brand committed to living on the leading edge in design and technology of product and process.
The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for conducting analysis and making recommendations on pricing, new product launches, and portfolio strategies, as well as assisting with any other special projects dealing with an existing product line. Collaboration between cross-functional team members including project management, sourcing, supply chain, engineering and industrial design will be vital in the success of this role.

Specific Responsibilities
Leverage analytics to develop insights, formulate and test hypothesis, present and execute recommendations.
Partner with category and channel leaders to benchmark best practices, enhance online content and drive the commercialization process.
Create and lead engaging presentations to all levels internal and external that clearly articulate product information, business strategies, data and insights and other information
Develop a complete understanding of the customer and competitive landscape including innovation, products, pricing, trends and market share.
Understand and utilize consumer insights tools and incorporate learnings in recommendations
Collaborate with channel marketing and sales on product needs, sales samples and other requests to drive business growth.
Aid in product strategy development to support category objectives and may have secondary responsibility for product lines
Partner with new product development teams to develop products that live on the leading edge in design and technology.
Skills/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 2 years of marketing or related analyst experience with progressively more responsibility
Track record of successfully completing projects and meeting objectives
Travel to trade shows, manufacturing plants, and customer as needed, up to 25%

The salary range for this position is $64,600 - $81,350. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
