  Key Responsibilities:

  Respond to tickets in accordance with SLA guidelines Record, track, and document the help desk problem solving process including actions taken through to the final resolution

  Respond in timely manner to requests and issues

  Provide remote support to end users Set up new workstations for users installing equipment, checking over setups and configurations

  Heavy use of Windows devices

  Develops and maintains knowledge of customer and customer specific business environment

  Develops and maintains an understanding of customer Service Level Agreements and department key performance requirements

  Develops and maintains product knowledge, industry knowledge, and business and professional skills by participating in on the job training and classroom training

  Basic Qualifications:

  Minimum 3 years of experience with Service Enablement Operations and Customer Technical Support

  High School Diploma or GED

  Work location is Memphis, TN

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Microsoft Network Infrastructure

  Microsoft Office

  Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.   California – $50.96 to $60.96/hourly
