  Technical Success Manager

  Location: Dublin, Hybrid – Ireland, Remote

  Position Summary:

  A Technical Success Manager is a new, innovative position that requires a highly-communicative colleague who can build strong relationships and become a trusted technical point of contact with Bentley priority accounts to ensure they receive best-in-class service through analysis, advice and, when required, partner with other specialized teams to quickly develop and execute a plan to help resolve their current technical or process issues. For example:

  A user come across complex technical challenges that impact their ability to deliver projects and require cross functional Bentley efforts to resolve in a timely way (for example: a performance issue that requires contributions from multiple teams to resolve). The role of the Technical Success Manager is to bring together different disciplines as required to quickly implement and execute a resolution plan.

  A user encounter product defects or interoperability issues. The Technical Success Manager will analyze trends of these issues at their accounts and across other accounts and action to help prevent further occurrences by creating a business case to fix the root cause of the incident.

  Users need a primary point of contact who they can engage for guidance and direct the user to the appropriate content or resource. For example, analysis, documentation, learning path, or blueprints.

  Your Day-to-Day:

  Own the technical health of an account by acting as the primary point of contact

  Develop, coordinate (across multiple teams as required), and implement a resolution plan.

  Coordinate with other team members to aggregate issues across accounts and present to product teams for evaluation.

  Provide Success Managers with findings that could affect user-specific Success Plans

  Track/identify trends with support cases to provide product teams with strategic areas of focus.

  Communicate and present status updates to internal and external executive leadership.

  What You Bring to The Team:

  3+ years of either consulting, product support or development in an infrastructure or engineering design environment

  An understanding of information management with strong emphasis on engineering design, together with relevant industry experience

  Experience with supporting a ProjectWise solution, including:

  ProjectWise Design Integration

  ProjectWise Drive

  ProjectWise Web (CONNECT or PW365)

  Knowledge of Bentley iTwin and Design Review

  Strategy for datasource configuration, especially with constructing BIM design processes.

  Knowledge with Microsoft SQL is a plus.

  Exposure to BIM policies, procedures, and processes

  Awareness of Bentley products and their relationship with Bentley product lines and brands

  Experience with OpenRoads, MicroStation, or SYNCHRO a plus

  Possess strong organizational skills, including critical thinking and problem solving.

  Ability to manage multiple accounts and complex project initiatives.

  Full professional proficiency in English language.
