The Revenue Operations team, which you'll be part of, sits within our sales function and supports the wider team as they build strategic partnerships with large organisations to develop their employees in line with their leadership, data and tech needs.
The Role:
As a Technical Solutions Consultant your role will be to understand the technical needs of our enterprise clients and ensure that our Data Engineering, Software Development, and DevOps offerings are suitable for their needs.You will work in partnership with clients and internal Corndel teams to design and sell high-impact technical training solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
You will support our sales team by engaging with our client's technical teams during the sales process and on a continuing basis to answer any technical questions about our programmes and ascertain their specific technical needs.
You will work with stakeholder grounds such as our Curriculum and Ops teams to ensure what a client is proposing is deliverable.
You will utilise your technical background to interact with domain experts across DevOps, Software Development, and Data Engineering to scope out each client's specific needs. As an example, we may be providing a Data Academy offering to a large enterprise organisation, and we need to ensure that our programmes align with their tech stacks and systems requirements.
Where necessary, you will work with your colleagues to develop and present targeted proposals and presentations, reflecting a deep understanding of the client's technical landscape.
You will run regular training for the wider sales team on the to help them become comfortable having more technical conversations, and will act as a point of reference for team members who have technical questions regarding clients' tech stacks, etc.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of Corndel's data and technology offerings.
Skills and Experience
Essential:
You are passionate about technology and the impact it can have on businesses and teams.
You have a good technical understanding of Software Engineering, DevOps and Data Engineering methodologies and a familiarity with the languages and platforms of the typical enterprise tech stack.
You are able to have an in-depth conversation about programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, Python and well as tools such as Power BI and Tableau and can explain these things in such a way that a non-technical person can understand the pros and cons of each.
You have experience successfully influencing senior stakeholders.
Desirable
Experience in a similar role, particularly in a fast-paced scale-up environment, would be advantageous.
