　　Under general supervision, provides application expertise and any special technical data to Operations, Business Development, Application Engineering, Training and External Customers to support product and service applications. Performs tests and designs as instructed to develop proposed solutions. Presents technical information in seminar and classroom environments internally and externally. Mentors to less experience people. Responsible for designing the initial application (field tests) of new products or services or tests. Assist to evaluates operational software products/product releases from Software Technology resources. Reviews technical documentation of tests and solutions as required. Assist others on questions submitted to the Knowledge Base system. May approve internal processes (HMS) related to control points. Requires completion of an Associates degree in STEM discipline and 10 years of experience in field operations and/or technology development.
