　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic Float Pool RN to join our team. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will have the unique ability to “float” between several different areas across the nursing spectrum.

　　What will you will do in this role:

　　Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality

　　Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis

　　Provide plan based care with a commitment to continuous improvement

　　Job Requirements :

　　Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required

　　2 years’ of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting

　　Current BLS required

　　Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire

　　BSN is preferred
