We are looking for an energetic & skilledTechnical Project (Portfolio) Managerto join our Capital Engineering Team Denmark, working in our Grindsted Site.

　　You will be joining our Project execution team, who is a vital part of IFF Nourish (former DuPont Nutrition and Bioscience) Global Capital Engineering. We are responsible for driving the capital expenditure process as well as governing and executing a yearly project portfolio of around several hundred mil DKK.

　　As our new Project / Portfolio Manager, you will be accountable for executing a portfolio of small and large-scale projects, covering the role of Project Team Leader on some, simultaneously acting as Portfolio manager for “your” full appointed business area.

　　Your responsibilities:

　　Leading and executing various Capital Projects, according to a best in class stage gate model.

　　Ensuring that Business objectives on Safety, Scope, Schedule, Budget and Quality are fulfilled.

　　Leading and facilitating required design reviews, to secure scope of work and Budget.

　　Developing project / Portfolio economy, cashflow forecast and integrated project schedules.

　　Ensuring excellence in adherence to Process Safety Management, throughout the entire lifetime of all production activities.

　　Performing of Risk Management and development of mitigation plans.

　　Adhere to robust cost control by applying no-change philosophy.

　　Making strategic project decisions and providing of regular status reports to the Project Steering Committee.

　　Secure clear & frequent communication and hence stakeholder excellence.

　　Presenting options and opportunities, followed by recommendations, for business to make decisions.

　　Be a champion for contractors’ safety in the field, through high construction management standards.

　　Job Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Part of this job is to maneuver in a complex organization, so you must know how to deal with different agendas and politics, considering different organizational demands and cultural backgrounds. On top of that you shall be able to demonstrate:

　　Excellent oral and writing skills in Danish and English.

　　High level communication skills with decision makers, including capability to conduct meetings online.

　　A degree in Engineering with experience gained from similar employment or business.

　　Proven skills in gathering, motivating, and leading a multidisciplinary engineering- and cultural team, to obtain team spirit and high performance.

　　Ability and willingness to delegate responsibilities with the right balance between leading and acting as a team member.

　　Experience with project commissioning, start-up and hand over to production within a plant in operation.

　　Willingness to travel abroad as required for efficient project execution (around 10 days per year).

　　Preferable a broad set of knowledges with multiple Engineering disciplines (such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, Automation) to facilitate planning and coordination.
