Job Description
The Fusion Middleware Technical Program Management team is responsible for managing the release of patches for Fusion Middleware Products across both on-premises and cloud environments. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee release readiness activities and ensure high-quality requirements for Fusion Middleware patches released each quarter. The TPM will work closely with Development, QA, Support, Product Management, and Global Product Security to ensure successful patch release. This is a challenging role with significant responsibilities and visibility across the organization.
Responsibilities

Manage the schedule for Fusion Middleware patch release
Conduct meetings with Development and QA to drive program requirements and report status.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track release readiness activities to ensure successful patch release
Ensure all release readiness deliverables are met by internal and cross-functional teams
Manage, Monitor the existing and new projects from initiation through delivery
Organize interdepartmental activities to ensure completion of the program on schedule and within time constraints.
Explore ideas to optimize the manual activities involved with the release process
Qualifications:
5-8 years of technical program management experience.
Strong technical background with experience in software development and web technologies.
BS degree in Computer Science or another engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Great organizational skills, including attention to detail, and the ability to create and implement processes to streamline workflows.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with program management and productivity software such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Office.
Industry certifications such as PMP and/or SAFe are preferred
