　　Technical Product Owner (Software Development):

　　As a Technical Product Owner you will define the vision of the portfolio and capabilities for our banking platform, drive the planning, prioritization and execution of backlogs and deliver new features that support our strategic goals. You will be contributing to the development of world-class digital products and experiences touching millions of Tangerine customers every day. We are looking to fill our team with influencers, makers, creators and leaders who are flexible, curious, adventurous, versatile and responsive and who are ready to roll up their sleeves in a collaborative and productive environment to get things done. 　　You work closely with the team to deliver scalable, stable and performant technology products

　　Experienced in user-centered design and incremental delivery

　　You leverage technology to deliver solutions aligned to the needs of our engineering community and business partners

　　Continuous integration and deployment makes you giddy

　　Knowledge of the latest and greatest approaches to Agile Technical Practices

　　You enjoy collaborating and working alongside people with different skillsets

　　You’re passionate about well-designed products and not afraid to sit with our team to prototype and white-board ideas

　　Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:

　　University or College degree in Computer Science or Engineering

　　7+ years of experience in systems development life cycle, software engineering and delivery of enterprise-level solutions

　　Experience in working with third-party providers enabling platform integrations

　　7+ years related experience in P&L management, digital product management or solution delivery

　　2+ years working in an agile scrum team

　　Excellent project delivery skills, with proven accomplishments leading cross-functional initiatives

　　Leading IT and business teams

　　Digital Product management and digital product development

　　Influencing senior executive decisions

　　Experience in a technology company or top-tier technology consulting firm an asset.

　　Strong problem-solving abilities backed up by a natural curiosity

　　Evaluate new technologies and participate in the continuous improvement of applications and systems
