Description:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner with a strong background in AI, product management, and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing generative AI projects, a deep understanding of technical challenges, and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies.

Rate: $60 - $70 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

Lead generative AI projects from inception to deployment, ensuring scalability and user adoption.

Develop and manage product roadmaps, backlogs, and RD strategies aligned with business goals.

Facilitate Agile and Scrum practices, ensuring smooth project execution and iterative improvements.

Identify technical risks, resource constraints, and establish contingency plans.

Act as a bridge between data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Present technical concepts in business terms to executives and external partners.

Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of innovation and problem-solving.

Use data-driven insights to evaluate progress, optimize strategies, and measure project success.

Stay updated on AI trends, market developments, and ethical considerations in generative AI.

Experience Requirements:

Extensive experience as a Product Owner, with a strong technical and AI background.

Hands-on experience with generative AI technologies (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) and prompt engineering.

Proven ability to design experiments that lead to clear outcomes and recommendations.

Expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum, and risk management.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.

Up-to-date knowledge of generative AI trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory considerations.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
