What will you do
The Technical Product Owner is responsible for growing business value and outcomes in the areas of Digital Media and Website Analytics! They will propose and implement integration rules, data acquisition & ingestion logic, business curation and drive analysis of multiple big datasets.
Responsibilities
Lead the Data Product team to propose and craft data integration, data operations processes and data engineering logic to implement solutions for Digital Media Analytics processes that improve business impact and adoption.
Partner with Business Stakeholders to identify and prioritize requirements and define Digital Marketing data strategy
Be a player & coach to combine people leadership, strategic partnership and data hands-on activities. IT Lead will run a team of 10-15 off-shore contractors, and is expected to write and run discovery-level SQL queries and API calls
Identify and implement most appropriate combination of methodologies & tools within defined technology stack, to ensure efficient scalability, flexibility and performance of the data
We are accountable for building Data as a Product, and ensure high data governance standards, including data completeness, harmonization, standardization, data quality, documentation, accessibility, usability and scalability
Be a key player of the design & development team, working closely with other team members within the "lab" and "factory" construct
Propose implementation of Ad Servers, Demand Side Platforms, Paid Search and Social Media and Web Analytics data sets to be combined and used to optimize Digital Marketing
Be an SME and a key point of contact for Digital Analytics data and capabilities (Google Campaign Manager, Display&Video 360, Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Social Marketing, Amazon DSP, Google Analytics 360, GA4, etc.)
Qualifications
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher
A minimum of 5 years experience
Ability to interpret data & make data driven decisions, understand & propose data ingestion, storage, integration and visualization logic for Digital Marketing Domain use cases
Deep knowledge of Data Governance, Master Data Management, Data Harmonization, Data Cataloging, Data Architecture, Data Quality principles and methodologies
Excellent Analytical and Critical thinking skills
Ability to make decisions in the environment of high ambiguity.
Collaboration and ability to partner within multifunctional team, on high-complexity projects
Excellent proven knowledge of SQL
Strong data engineering skills including stream-processing, cloud technologies, API protocols
Experience working in Agile methodology; ability to define and implement prototypes and MVPs, experience with Scrum/Kanban
Desired Qualifications
Knowledge of viz tools (Tableau, Power BI, Domo, Looker).
Experience working with tools & platforms within GCP, Azure, AWS and Modern Dat Platform stack (Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Airflow).
Experience with Audience Management (GA360, DSP, DMP, CDP).
Experience defining integration logic for data ingested from Digital Marketing sources (Google stack, Facebook, The Trade Desk, Amazon, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) to drive business insight.
