Location is Oconomowoc and asneeded at Waukesha Memorial Hospital Wound Healing Center What You WillDo: The Clinical Nurseis a competent practitioner who integratestheoretical knowledge with clinical experience in the care of patientsand families. Care is delivered using a deliberate, systematic approachand practice is guided by increasing awareness of patterns of patientresponses in recurrent situations. These nurses demonstrate a mastery ofmost technical skills and begin to view clinical situations from apatient and family focus as they provide professional nursing carewithin clinical areas/ campuses as required by staffing matrices. Thesenurses also supervise and direct delegated nursing acts commensuratewith educational preparation and demonstrated abilities of the personsupervised.
