About the role
The purpose of this position is to provide building maintenance and office administration support to a CBRE-run client facility. Duties include:
Assigning work order queue / PO set to correct individuals
Tracking work orders to make sure they are complete
Tracking Purchase Orders through entire process; timely invoicing
Supporting safety procedures-permits for work
Scope of work-notifying and planning work with a vendor
Ensuring materials are available, Quote requests, Requests for Proposal (RFP's)
What you’ll do
Analyze orders by size, urgency, skills, location, complexity, and available workforce; and assist operations teams by issuing work orders in a sequential flow to individual technicians or work teams.
Coordinate the engagement and direction of appropriate subcontractors.
Work closely with Technicians to stage materials, permits, subcontractors, tools, and other resources necessary to accomplish the work in the most productive manner possible.
Develop, maintain and distribute workflow processes to the entire account team, documenting how work is planned, scheduled and executed. Work with management team to optimize the mixes of: planned and scheduled work, scheduled (but not planned) work, and unscheduled work.
Provide regular statistical reporting to the management team and client showing quantities evidence of the productive use of the work force.
Use guidelines set by management to develop, implement, and manage Corrective Maintenance (preventative maintenance where needed) and life cycle optimization strategies.
Support the annual review of preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure current work order system library contains correct frequencies and balanced 12 month schedules for all technicians and vendors.
Develop, review and rationalize appropriate predictive maintenance tasks. Train the work force in the use of predictive maintenance techniques.
Analyze Predictive/Corrective maintenance data for trends. Initiate corrective actions as appropriate.
Other duties as assigned. No supervisory responsibilities in this position.
May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance and/or training to coworkers.
What you’ll need
Minimum of four years of related experience and/or training in either a Startup or Pharmaceutical environment
Advanced knowledge of CMMS systems
Knowledge of HVAC, Boilers, and MEP; ability to identify Commercial utilities systems
Ability to help order and identify parts if problem is found in Commercial utilities systems/units
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Required.
Valid driver's license, if driving required in conjunction with job duties.
BMS/EMS Experience a plus

The minimum salary for the Technical Planner position is $83,000 annually and the maximum salary is $95,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
