Hiring a Construction Project Manager for a major construction management firm working on high-profile pharmaceutical projects in NJ.
Responsibilities:
Manage handoff from pre-construction team, establish and drive schedule, bid process, draft and award contracts
Compile and plan budget, cost estimates, and other financial estimates
Coordinate, plan, and manage schedules for contractors and subcontractors
Develop construction project with architect, engineers, and trade workers
Order and manage materials and equipment
Provide internal reporting and projections for inventory
Oversee and supervise construction project progress and provide reports on timeline, progress, and adjustments
Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met
Ensure all project participants understand project goals, assumptions, constraints, and deliverables
Provide superior client service to internal and external clients
Supervise Site Superintendents and delegate work to administrative team
Must be willing to learn and master Procore construction management software
Manage construction administration through closeout

7+ Construction Project Management experience
Must come from a General Contracting firm
