We are looking for a professional, consistent, enthusiastic team member to join this team.Travel RequirementsIn this role you will be expected to travel up to 30%.Job Responsibilities:Runs and installs wire, read blueprints, mount system panels and devices, and wire circuit and electrical connections for access control, Video Surveillance, and detection systemsVerifies security system /equipment functionality by testing equipment, connections, and signals; identifying and correcting problemsRespond to customer service calls, troubleshoot and repair as necessaryStay current with latest hardware and software versionsProvide systems administration training to clientsAttend presales meetings with clients to assist in developing technology solutionsWork with Presidio Account Managers to design solutions and develop bills of materialsAssume day to day project management duties during client installationsInstallation of Low voltage cablingReads and reviews project blueprints as requiredGenerate proper documentation throughout all phases of a project including closeoutOther duties as assignedRequired Skills:Experience installing IP cameras and/or NVRsUnderstanding of and experience working with electrical circuitsProject Management experience is desirableAbility to work independently and manage projectsMust have the ability to establish rapport and motivate associates at all levels in an effective mannerMust be able to exercise effective time management skills (prioritize, work on a time line)Must have ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyMust possess strong computer skills and have the ability to effectively use Internet and Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Self-motivated and desire to succeedMust have strong organizational skillsStrong mechanical skillsExperience installing and terminating CAT 5/6 and Fiber Optic cableExcellent communication (Oral/Written) / interpersonal skillsAdditional Skills:Job requires installing devises while on all size ladders, lifting equipment up to 50 LBS, and working in confined spacesMay also spend time walking, standing, and touring medical and other facilitiesWorks safely and responsibly to avoid injury/property damage, while maintaining a clean work areaMust have working Knowledge of Microsoft Office.Must meet safe driving policy criteria to be an active company vehicle driver.Must Provide own hand tools, work boots.Ability to travel as needed.Education and Experience:Physical Security TechnicianHigh School Diploma/GED or Bachelor's degree and/or military experience.2+ years working experience in a Technical Physical Security
