As a Retention Specialist at Botkeeper, you will be pivotal in minimizing churn and safeguarding revenue. Your role involves directly engaging with clients at risk of discontinuing their use of our services, understanding their concerns, and implementing solutions to retain them.

　　Responsibilities Include:

　　Proactively identifying at-risk clients through data analysis and early warning signals.

　　Developing and executing effective retention strategies tailored to individual client needs.

　　Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique challenges and requirements.

　　Implementing feedback loops to gather insights on client dissatisfaction and potential churn drivers.

　　Collaborating with the sales and client success teams to address client concerns and prevent churn.

　　Offering personalized solutions and alternatives to dissatisfied clients to enhance their experience.

　　Regularly tracking and reporting on retention efforts and their impact on revenue.

　　Staying updated with industry trends to anticipate client needs and potential issues.

　　Qualifications:

　　Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

　　Proven track record in client retention or a related field within a B2B SaaS environment.

　　Ability to analyze data and identify trends related to customer churn.

　　High emotional intelligence to empathize with and understand client needs.

　　Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (preferred).

　　Strong resilience and the ability to handle rejection or negative feedback constructively.

　　Excellent collaborative skills to work effectively with client success, sales, and finance teams.

　　Understanding of financial metrics and their implications on client retention and company revenue.

　　Nice to Have:

　　Familiarity with accounting practices and systems/experience working with CPAs/Accountants

　　HubSpot Service Hub experience

　　Salary Range:

　　$50,000 - $65,000 base with an additional $10,000 - $20,000 in potential variableAbout Botkeeper:
