Technical Operations Manager

We are currently looking for an Technical Operations Manager, to join our team. This is a key role to ensure our success of our operations within the Edmonton area.
What does this all mean?
Oversee our technical service team composed of Sr Technical Associates.
Develop and coach Technical Associates on customer service best practices.
Ensure that all customers are receiving top level service and that service levels are met.
Maintain positive staff relations through consistent and effective communication including staff meetings, weekly reviews, and one on one communication.
Make sure relevant administrative procedures are carried out correctly and efficiently in accordance with company policies.
Collaborate closely with other Associate Manager in the region to promote team synergy and work collaboration.
Responsible for timely service call dispatching for all service activity.
Ensures high integrity of equipment inventory with strong organizational skills.

Requirements
This role might be for you if:
You have strong experience in operations and people management (5 years)
You have experience in a technical environment
You are a good communicator who likes to coach, lead and build high-performance teams
You are problem solver who easily navigates through ambiguity and unforeseen situations
You like planning, optimizing and playing within key performance indicators
You foster a safe work environment by promoting Occupational Health and Safety policies
You have a strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite
