　　CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting an Engineering Manager to join the team located in London. The successful candidate will provide a cost-effective service to maintain service, operate, improve and control existing plant, ensuring the supply of utilities to assist the development divisions.

　　Key Tasks

　　· To work closely with customer contacts within the designated area, ensuring an adequate engineering service

　　· Co-ordinate all maintenance activities of all disciplines ensuring adequate control of engineering staff and the supervision of contractors

　　· Provide a OMP / GLP compliant maintenance service

　　· Responsible for all engineering safely requirements within the designated area

　　· Ensure that operating / maintenance procedures implemented for plant are kept up to date

　　· Ensure that statutory inspections of plant are completed

　　· Initiate the provision of spare parts ensuring these are identified to the Planning Team

　　· Responsible for team performance

　　· Monitor and report upon service levels of external contracts
