We are seeking a Technical Manager to oversee the technical aspects of our pickleball productions. This role will ensure the seamless execution of all technical aspects related to live tournaments and events. The primary goal will be to maintain the highest quality standards while managing a team of technical professionals.

　　Key responsibilities include but are not limited to : Technical Oversight: Lead and manage all technical aspects of production, including camera operations, lighting, audio, IP REMI transmission delivery and broadcast equipment. Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate technical staff, including camera operators, lighting technicians, sound engineers, and production assistants. Provide guidance and support to ensure the team's efficiency and productivity. Equipment Management: Work with the Engineer in Charge (EIC) to maintain and oversee the proper functioning of all production equipment, including cameras, lighting fixtures and microphones. Quality Control: Ensure all broadcasts meet the highest quality standards, including video quality, audio clarity and overall technical excellence. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during live broadcasts. Collaboration: Work closely with producers, directors, production managers, and other production team members to execute their creative vision while adhering to technical requirements. Safety Compliance: Ensure all technical operations adhere to safety regulations and best practices, including electrical safety and equipment maintenance. Budget Management: Assist in budget planning for technical equipment and tournament expenses. Required qualifications :

　　The base salary compensation range for this role is $157,000 to $175,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
