　　Calling all creative video storytellers! Leidos needs your help tell the stories of a company that is using technology and innovation to help the world become safer, healthier, and more efficient.

　　Our Creative Video Team seeks a full-time Senior Video Producer at its Reston VA location. This position allows for partial remote work.

　　We are looking for a script-to-screen storyteller with strong editing and motion graphics skills, as well as proficiency in other aspects of video production: scriptwriting, videography, audio, lighting, and greenscreen/VFX.

　　You: a highly motivated creative professional with a great attitude and a passion for video production, one who wants to make a significant impact through their videos and has a proven track record of bringing captivating narratives to life. Strong project management, excellent multi-tasking skills, good communication and a keen eye for detail are musts.

　　As part of our Marketing and Communications Department, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting compelling content that seizes the eyeballs and grabs attention. Alongside our team of 'motion media' professionals, you'll create high-quality on-brand video content that inspires and informs: promotional videos, motion signage, social media content, internal communication updates, tradeshow signage and more.

　　You will have access to a variety of creative software, tools and plugins, sliders, dollies, gimbals, a variety of lenses, and a photo/video studio.

　　This position allows for some flexibility to work from home, and reasonable flexibility in working hours. When not working remotely, you'll work out of our beautiful Reston office, with in-house cafeteria, free soda, pool table, classic video game room, and a balcony with gorgeous views of the surrounding area.

　　A link to portfolio/demo reelBachelor's Degree in a relevant field (or relevant experience)10+ years of experience in Video ProductionSkilled in editing and motion graphics (preferably Adobe, but open to other platforms)Experienced with professional-grade cameras (e.g., Sony FX3, FS7, Blackmagic Ursa Mini)Experienced with lighting, particularly for interview and studio/greenscreen scenariosExperienced with scriptwritingGood design senseComfortable with hiring & leading outside crews for productionsPassion for staying current with industry trends and incorporating new techniques and technologies into your workProven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

　　Compensation: Position is salaried.

　　Pay Range $61,750.00 - $111,625.00
