  Zantech is looking for an upcoming onsite Technical lead for Cyber Response Analyst to serve as the Government's alternate point of contact and to provide technical supervision and guidance for all DoD contractor personnel assigned for an upcoming contract. You will lead and execute the planning, management and risk assessment of the full range of activities/responsibilities as it pertains to your program. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to lead, build and grow an effective team to meet/exceed the values of Zantech and our clients. The primary place of performance will be at Camp Humphreys, Pyeongtaek, Republic of Korea (ROK).

  The DoD Technical Leads for the Cyber Response Analyst will be designated as key technical personnel for this contract. These individuals shall be available by the start date of the contract. These key technical personnel shall have an in-depth understanding of the technical requirements and the ability, knowledge, experience, certifications, and skills to perform those requirements at contract start date. The Contractor shall provide written notification to the COR and KO a minimum of two weeks prior to replacing or reassigning key technical personnel. The individual proposed must have equal or higher qualifications and experience than the person he/she is replacing. All key personnel shall be ITIL Foundations certified and in good standing with the certification vender become certified within three months of contract start date or hiring date.

  Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • All key personnel shall be ITIL Foundations certified and in good standing with the certification vender become certified within three months of contract start date or hiring date.

  • Demonstrated excellence in planning, directing, and managing complex IT projects and operations of a nature similar in size and scope as referenced under the PWS.

  • Working knowledge and experience administering and managing multiple IT tasks and substantial IT projects similar in size and scope.

  • Successful management and supervision of employees of various labor categories and skills in projects similar in size and scope.

  Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Minimum of 3 years of IT experience

  • Specialized experience in Information Technology (IT) defense infrastructure (Sensors, Vulnerability Scanners, Firewalls, etc.)

  • Working knowledge of wireless technology and Army operating systems (OS) (i.e., Windows, Apple, and UNIX).

  • Knowledge of DoD RMF and SA&A process.

  • Knowledge of networking and network-based software applications.

  • Effective oral and written communication skills

  Required Security Clearance:

  • US Citizenship and an active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility per contract requirements.
