　　Roles & Responsibilities:

　　This role will involve developing the methods and underpinning processes and then supporting roll out and implementation through detailed engagement with the design teams to ensure full and consistent adoption. This will include requirements management, model-based systems engineering (MBSE), interface management and design information management topics.Required Skills (Technical Competency):

　　Work with design leads to develop and document power plant system and sub-system architectures using a model-based approach.

　　Develop and document engineering methods, processes and guidance to inform design activity.

　　Roll out integrated digital design methods through training, coaching, and ongoing support to design teams.

　　Perform independent reviews to validate designs.

　　Connect people and information across design silos.

　　Work with data engineers to innovate the management and communication of design information.
