Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Engineering Lead/SAFe Product Manager in Sterling, VA.Essential Functions:
Technical Engineering Lead/SAFe Product Manager will be leading and collaborating within Agile Scrum teams as an Agile Release Train (ART) lead responsible for the design, development, integration, deployment, and maintenance of advanced, cloud-based (AWS, Azure) cybersecurity software capabilities
Leading and facilitating program & team-related Agile events (PI Planning, Release Governance, Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, etc.) while maintaining all artifacts (Backlogs, Decisions, Blockers, etc.)
Eliminating impediments and actively addressing issues so that the team can remain focused on achieving the objectives of the Program Increment (PI)
Escalating as needed when blocking issues are beyond a team's authority or require support from other teams
Fostering a collaborative team environment through coaching & leading appropriately
As a Technical Engineering Lead/SAFe Product Manager, you will be leading and facilitating preparation & readiness for ART events & assisting teams in preparation for ART activities (e.g., PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt, etc.)
Collaborating within Agile Scrum teams as a key contributor responsible for the design, test, and implementation of advanced cybersecurity software capabilities
10 years of directly relevant experience
6 years of experience with Agile software development programs
Proven leadership skills and meaningful experience successfully leading projects
Demonstrated experience with Lean-Agile principles, metrics, and technology and/or experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Lean Thinking, Lean Six Sigma
Demonstrated experience enabling teams to self-organize, self-manage, and deliver capabilities via effective lean-Agile practices
Able to effectively work as a leader, in a group, or as an individual contributor
Experience working in an Agile development environment in a leadership role; Ability to create a vision and lead teams on large- and small-scale activities
Must be able to work collaboratively across agencies and physical locations

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
