Reach your highest potential at our stable, inclusive company with diverse opportunities in a growing industry, supported by people who care.Messer stands apart because we put what matters first, and you matter.Principal Responsibilities:Manage and mitigate operational risk to Messer by safely performing helium fill activities on customer-owned MRI systems according to Messer and manufacturer procedures and specifications.Coordinate fill activities directly with staff at imaging centers, clinics and hospitals to ensure a service time that meets the customer's needs.Monitor accounts in an assigned geographic delivery area to ensure they are kept at a safe level of liquid helium.Monitor the customer's weekly reported liquid helium level readings as captured in Messer's Cryogen Management System (CMS).Analyze trends in CMS level readings to determine if a customer's magnet may have a problem requiring early scheduling.Determine the replenishment re-fill point on a customer-to-customer basis based on manufacturer-established or customer-specified refill points.Develop and execute efficient delivery schedules and routes based on level readings, customer availability and lowest possible cost.Coordinate with the Messer Helium Customer Service Team to place advanced helium orders that will meet the predetermined schedule.Load, deliver and fill liquid helium into MRI Units by following Messer's procedures including following relevant manufacturer procedures and guidance from Messer Lead ColdServe Technicians.Record in CMS the relevant fill event data while at the customer site and complete the necessary data forms. (i.e. cryogen level readings, time in/out, volumes etc.)Perform call-out service as required, including evening and weekend coverage, to support emergent fill requirements. Potential for overnight stays away from home in larger geographic coverage areas.Interact with the customer field service engineers to provide feedback or to answer any questions that may arise in regard to Messer's MRI field service.Transport and deliver hazardous materials (Helium & Nitrogen) in wheeled dewars weighing up to 700 lbs.The candidate must have no medical or other physical conditions that would preclude entering an MRI facility safely.Possess (1) sufficient strength and agility to transfer cryogenic materials from a liquid helium dewar to a MRI cryostat. (e.g., maneuvering liquid helium dewars and lifting and maneuvering heavy helium transfer hoses), (2) dexterity to use tools such as wrenches and screwdrivers, and (3) flexibility to bend, crouch and climb to access various magnet piping configurations.Suc
