Job Description

　　Insight Global is looking for a Technical Director to join the systems/product architecture team with the focus on general purpose microcontroller products.

　　As systems architect you will be responsible for:

　　The integrated HW/SW architecture fulfilling the targeted use-cases for one/multiple single-CPU microcontroller products

　　Definition of product architecture and system requirements based on input from multiple stakeholders incl customers

　　Owning system concept and system architectures, guiding system-level verification and validation processes, from project idea until volume production

　　Definition of HW and SW sub-system architectures with inter-disciplinary teams

　　Ensuring product and system quality parameters as part of the NXP development process in alignment with inter-disciplinary teams

　　Skills and Requirements

　　Minimum of 15 to 20 years of industry experience

　　expert for HW/SW solutions for Flash based single-CPU microcontrollers

　　broad experience with typical peripherals like serial interfaces, ADC's, timers, I2S, etc

　　some experience with wireless interfaces (Thread, BLE, ZigBee)

　　experienced in use-case definition and HW/SW architecture definition for low cost and low power

　　broad software experience for small real-time OS applications

　　experienced in designing architectures with high synergy for larger product portfolios

　　broad knowledge in SoC, analog, and SW design, validation methodologies and product/test engineering

　　strong communication skills and experience in working with global teams null
