Join our Learning & Enablement team as a Technical Content Developer, specializing in equipping our Systems Engineers (SE's) with the tools and knowledge they need to excel in their roles.

　　Your Impact

　　As a Technical Content Developer for SE Enablement, your responsibilities will include:

　　Designing, developing, and maintaining technical training content and curricula for Systems Engineers, ensuring they are equipped with the latest knowledge and skillsTranslating complex technical concepts into effective learning solutions, specifically designed for the practical and theoretical needs of SEsCollaborating with product management and engineering teams to align training with the latest product developments and best practices in systems engineeringPerforming ongoing testing, troubleshooting, and updating of training content to ensure its relevance and effectivenessCreating diverse educational materials, including digital courses and hands-on labs, that cater to the unique learning styles and requirements of SEsAdapting training content to keep pace with the rapidly evolving field of systems engineering, ensuring SEs are always ahead of the curveParticipating actively in the SE community to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement of training materials Qualifications Your Experience

　　A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical content development, with a focus on training for technical roles such as Systems EngineersExperience in creating and managing training labs and interactive eLearning modules geared towards technical audiencesDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with technical teams to develop targeted training solutionsProficiency in content development tools such as Articulate, Evolve, Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe SuiteA portfolio showcasing exceptional eLearning course development, particularly in technical trainingA BA/BS/MA/MS degree in Instructional Design, a related field, or equivalent military or technical experience Additional Information The Team

　　The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be between $109,600/yr to $177,200/yr.
