A Day in the Life

Wir bieten Ihnen eine Position, in der Sie die Zukunft in einem Wachstumsmarkt mitgestalten können. Werden Sie Mitglied eines innovativen und hoch motivierten Teams. Wir bieten Ihnen eine Position, in der Sie zum Ausbau von Medtronic´s Portfolio im Bereich Cardiac Rhythm Management beitragen. Es erwartet Sie eine interessante und vielseitige Projektaufgabe mit zahlreichen Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten.

Für unsere Kunden sind Sie der/die Ansprechpartner/in und Experte/in, wenn es um technologie-basierte Zusammenarbeit geht und unterstützen kompetent. Hierbei arbeiten Sie eng mit der regionalen Vertriebsmannschaft als auch anderen Abteilungen zusammen. Diese Position umfasst die Region Ost und ist daher eine Außendienst-Position. Dabei gilt Ihre Heimatadresse als primärer Arbeitsort gilt (Home-Office). Für Meetings kann gelegentlich Ihre Anwesenheit im Medtronic Office erforderlich sein.

Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen, wie folgt:

Täglicher Support von OP-Eingriffen mit Schwerpunkt Kardiologie

Programmierung und Nachsorge der Herzschrittmacher ICD (implantierter Cardioverter Defibrillator) und CRT (kardiale Resynchronisations-Therapie)-Devices

Anwendungstechnische fachkompetente Beratung und Betreuung der verantwortlichen Ärzte und des Personals bezüglich der unterschiedlichen Therapieformen

Umsetzung von strategischen Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Wertschätzung für unser Therapieangebot und zur Sicherung eines profitablen Wachstums

Enge Zusammenarbeit im Team der Technical Consultants und Sales-Mitarbeitern in der Region, z.B. in Bezug auf Veranstaltungen mit Kunden (Fortbildungen, Symposien, Kundenausbildung etc.)

Unterstützung des Verkaufs, unter anderem mit Durchführung von Kampagnen, Vermarktung von Innovationen

Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales- und Marketing-Team und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen inklusive Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Produkt-Neueinführungen

Pflege des eigenen Inventars (Carstocks)

Erforderliches Wissen und Erfahrung:

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder klinische/medizinische Ausbildung oder Bachelor-Studium der Elektro- oder Medizintechnik, Physik oder eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene (medizinische) Ausbildung

Erfahrungen aus dem kardiologischen Bereich bzw. aus dem Herzkatheterlabor

Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Ausgeprägte Reisebereitschaft mit Wohnort in der beschriebenen Region sowie mit gültigem Führerschein

Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärken, Souveränität - Sie verstehen sich als beratender Spezialist mit der Fähigkeit, Vertrauen zu schaffen

Aktive Kooperation im Team (z. B. Informationsfluss) und Integrität. Wir suchen eine/n Teamplayer/in!

Flexibilität, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit mit proaktiver Handlungsweise und Vertriebsaffinität gepaart mit Serviceorientiertheit

Berufserfahrung im klinischen Kontext oder in der Medizintechnik wären von Vorteil.
