  Global Services - Enterprise Business Solutions Technology at Lilly provides agile solution delivery, release management, and service management capabilities for various functions across Global Services, such as Ethics and Compliance, Legal, Global Transparency, Records Management, and Travel and Expense.

  This position will serve as the Technical Business Integrator responsible for engaging cross-functional teams, including business partners, technology leaders, and external partners to design and deliver strategic applications, platforms, and cloud solutions across the portfolio.

  Additionally, this position will partner with the Ethics and Compliance business organization and technology teams to enable business value through advanced technologies and solutions.

  This position will report to the Director of Global Services - Enterprise Business Solutions.

  Responsibilities:

  Ability to translate business need into business and technical requirements for design and development.

  Build positive working relationships to ensure clear expectations, requirements, and quality asset delivery.

  Lead and manage program and project governance meeting with periodic leadership update and communication.

  Develop a sprint plan in partnership with the product owners, scrum master's and other key internal/external stakeholders.

  Coordinate with product owner, scrum master and technical lead to transform the project plan into a set of user stories, establish the backlog, and oversee sprint execution. Coordinate project activities and communication across functional teams, stakeholders, and system owners/custodians.

  Identify risks to project success, formulate mitigations and work with team members to implement.

  Acts as a subject matter expert with internal and external partners including management of supplier relationships and agreements.

  Partner with the analytics team to execute and deliver the strategic data and analytics agenda.

  Be responsible for technological risks and make sure that the described solution proves to be consistent while meeting all the necessary requirements.

  Work closely with Technology at Lilly and business team toward development of a steady state and highly supportable IT environment.

  Provide subject matter expertise on business processes and translation to technical solutions.

  Partner closely with other key Technology at Lilly groups to enable delivery including but not limited to Advanced Analytics, Automation, Cloud Computing, UI/UX Teams, and others.

  Partner with and engage key vendors on strategy, development and execution while holding them accountable to contracted work and ensuring a quality delivery.

  Work closely with Technology at Lilly quality representative to drive toward a high degree of quality, compliance, and regulatory standards in the delivery of services and projects and ensure compliance with data security standards for all appropriate systems with the sphere of ownership.

  Build strong partnership with and understanding of the Enterprise Data Program and capabilities.

  Engage your Technology at Lilly partners in translating strategic initiatives into projects; create the annual business plan including project proposals and estimates.

  Basic Requirements:

  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, management information systems or related field with at least five years of experience in the IT field

  OR Masters degree in computer science, information technology, management information systems or related field with 3 years of experience in the IT field.

  Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, and Cloud

  Strong understanding and practical experience using PowerBI ecosystem, including reports, dashboards, datasets, and dataflows.

  Additional Skills/Preferences:

  Demonstrated ability to influence technology decisions.

  Demonstrated critical thinking skills and a strong learning agility.

  Excellent communication and listening skills with ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and communicate complex concepts in a structured and succinct way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders supported by a strong understanding of the business concepts.

  Business Relationship Management skills.

  Experience with requirements management and user story development.

  Strong networking, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.

  Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally and lead technical discussions.

  Demonstrated understanding of financial management and business planning

  Demonstrated agile mindset and methodology to deliver maximum business value.

  High learning agility.

  Experience implementing solutions with high quality UI/UX.

  Strong understanding of data management practices, data modeling, and Enterprise Data Lake.

  Experience in a highly regulated environment.

  Strong understanding of information security practices.

  Experience translating complex, ambiguous concepts into actionable plans.

  Demonstrated ability to successfully manage work within a rapidly changing environment.

  Strong initiative, self-management, and ability to work through ambiguity.

  Focus on shared learning, continuous improvement, transformation, and adoption.

  Additional Information:

  Agile certifications, a plus.

  PMP certifications, a plus.

  Cloud computing certifications, a plus.

  Minimal travel could be required.
