  Overview

  Assist and support District Manager(s) (DM) in the management of top line sales of assigned products in assigned customers, in alignment with Division mission, vision and purpose and overall company priorities.

  Our Lead Management team focuses on devices and related accessories for percutaneous cardiac lead extraction procedures. Product line includes mechanical dilator sheath devices, tissue stabilization sheaths, femoral lead extraction devices, and accessory access products.

  Responsibilities

  Efficiently, effectively, and compliantly identify and meet the needs of assigned customers; communicate customer needs and possible solutions to Regional Business Manager (RBM)Assist DM(s) in developing and executing a business plan for the assigned territory to expand existing business and develop new business; update RBM on status as requestedDevelop an understanding of and collaborate as requested with Division and Company resources such as Business Management, Marketing, Programs, Division and BusinessCare Integration Account Executives, Medical Education, Customer Support and Delivery etcDevelop understanding of Division sales management processes, participating in and successfully completing training and development opportunities as assignedMaintain an active, consistent presence within assigned accounts in clinical and non-clinical call pointsDevelop and maintain a strong knowledge of assigned Cook products and applicable competitor productsCover DM responsibilities in open territories as requestedRepresent Cook at physician/industry meetings as requestedEstablish, develop and maintain strong customer relationships with key clinical and non-clinical stakeholders

  Educate and update customers through conversations, in-services, business meetings and company approved materialsProvide clinical support during procedures; collaborate with DM(s) and Clinical Specialist(s) to ensure appropriate level of clinical support in assigned customersAssist DM(s) to maintain rep-stock and consignments in line with Division expectationsMeet deadlines and complete administrative tasks such as expenses, training, repstock and consignment audits, reporting, policy acknowledgements, etc. in a timely mannerWithin scope of responsibility, ensure all quality, regulatory, compliance and product-specific requirements are metUnderstand and be accountable for conducting Cook business with integrity and in compliance with applicable standards including Cook policies

  Qualifications

  Minimum Work Experience/Educational Requirements

  Bachelor's degree in related field preferred; or experience of such kind and amount as to provide a comparable backgroundAbility to build relationships and change buying behaviorsAbility to overcome obstacles to meet individual and team goalsAbility to learn complex clinical/technical products and proceduresPrior experience in sales or customer facing role(s), or in a relevant role in healthcareK owledge of Microsoft software, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPointExperience in working independently with little direct supervisionDemonstrate positive and constructive behaviors that drive team cooperation in achieving market objectivesEffective oral and written communication skillsExcellent problem-solving skillsAbility to work in collaborative and independent work situations and environments with minimal supervisionDemonstrate high level of awareness and active development in one's own growth over time

  Physical Requirements/Work Environment

  Ability to travel overnight and on weekends as neededWork under general office environmental conditionsSubject to reasonable accommodation requirements under the ADA, must be physically capable of operating a motor vehicle on a regular basis, a holder of a valid driver's license, and in good standing to legally operate a motor vehicleFrequently lift product sample cases, weighing between 20 and 50 lbs. Occasionally required to stand for extended periodsSit for extended periods, utilize close visual acuity for working with computers, etcOccasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel and/or crouch

  Subject to applicable federal, state or local law, proof of authorized COVID19 vaccination is required for this position.
