　　Primary Purpose

　　Drive and Operate semi-vans, roll-off trailers, and dump trailers as required.

　　Essential Functions and Responsibilities

　　Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.

　　Loads supplies needed for job completion and travels to various industry, laboratory, and school sites to perform lab pack services.

　　Prepares for daily trip by inspecting vehicle and equipment, fueling truck, and ensuring all equipment is in excellent order.

　　Drives to customer sites to collect waste material and/or transport hazardous and non-hazardous material.

　　Completes necessary paperwork for shipment of hazardous and non-hazardous materials.

　　Follows proper placarding and load segregation requirements when transporting hazardous materials.

　　Maintains a logbook for D.O.T. compliance.

　　Assists customers on troubleshooting and correcting record keeping inconsistencies and service concerns.

　　Acts as Company Representative with contacts.

　　Education: High school Diploma or equivalent required.

　　Experience: 1 year of Class A CDL driving experience required.

　　Requirements: Minimum CDL License Class A w/Hazmat Endorsement.

　　Knowledge and Abilities: This is a safety sensitive position. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is an essential function. Ability to understand RCRA, DOT, and OSHA regulations. Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with internal and external contacts. Must meet Heritage Driver Qualifications. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.
