　　About the Role

　　The Stewarding Manager is responsible to manage the Stewarding department as an efficient and productive cost centre. This includes maintaining an organised and clean back of house area in Food and Beverage and by providing all kitchens, outlets and events with clean operating equipment, based on expected business levels.

　　Some of the responsibilities include:

　　To ensure the cleanliness of all kitchen and back-of-house areas of Food and Beverage

　　To conduct effective pre-shift briefings and regular communications meetings, as required

　　Effectively monitoring and maintaining expenses, payroll, cleaning supplies

　　To assist in the inventory management and on-going maintenance of hotel operating equipment and other assets, including establishing par stocks, equipment care and maintenance and inventory taking as required

　　Qualifications:

　　Qualifications

　　Current experience in a similar role, highly regarded

　　Demonstrated strong organisational skills, with a good eye for detail

　　Effective communication skills, team player
