Position Summary:
Provides analytic and project management expertise in a high-demand complex environment to achieve DoD customer goals in Charlottesville, Virginia. This position both provides analysis and leads a multi-INT fused team solving difficult problems that vary between projects, and includes long-term project efforts.
More About This Role:
Will lead a small multi-function analytic element.
Will be the primary person engaging with the customer on requirements, collaboration, and product feedback.
Harness foreign and U.S. Science & Technology (S&T) data to generate insights from millions of unclassified publicly and commercially available information sources to create initial leads within these procurement networks.
Requires adaptability in a complex environment with a new customer.
Required Qualifications:
Must possess current TS/SCI clearance.
Must be willing to take a Counterintelligence polygraph.
Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least 10 years of intelligence leadership experience, and at least 15 years of overall intelligence analysis experience.
Current or recent intelligence experience in a fusion target environment. Knowledgeable in intelligence disciplines, capabilities, limitations, and platforms, including HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, and OSINT.
Proven experience in handling ambiguity.
Expert in writing intelligence products, ICD 203, and effective delivery of intelligence information.
Expert in leading a complex team through complex and fluid requirements to meet the customer’s intent.
Depth of experience in customer and COI outreach.
Clear and effective written, visual, and oral communications skills.
Desired Skills:
Ability to identify and foster relationships with operational partners to action-developed target packets.
Previous military intelligence training.
Ability to handle multiple efforts simultaneously.
Knowledge of COCOM and military operation environments.
Responsibilities:
Lead the team’s projects. This includes project management (time, scope), customer management, and ensuring the project meets the customer intent.
Lead team members to ensure they thrive in their environment.
Provide innovation and critical thinking skills to all customer problem sets. Expected to be able to expertly translate creative and critical thinking into written and oral forms.
Expertly find and fuse intelligence information from all available intelligence disciplines.
Performs data fusion by combining various types of data to create a product with an increased level of understanding of the targeted area than can be achieved with a single data source.
Identifies additional collection platforms and datasets that provide valuable insights or added value to the program's analysis.
Uses Activity Based Intelligence (ABI) techniques to mine large datasets for analytic leads and developmental opportunities.
Performs network or nodal analysis of people, organizations, and locations by fusing data including but not limited to SIGINT, commercial databases, reporting, GEOINT analysis, and OSINT analysis.
Communicates requirements for collection and for large datasets to be developed technologists.
